Artist's Notes

"I attended the Midland Hotel's inaugral charity dinner after the grand reopening in 2008, to shoot formal portraits of the guests on the staircase. The evening was particularly beautiful and whilst dinner was served I took a stroll around the hotel, capturing a few photographs of the hotel in the soft twighlight over Morecambe bay. This was the first thing I saw when I left the hotel throught the main entrance, I still love the effect of the artificial lighting upon the neutral art-deco structure - it brims with highlights, shadows and tone."

This photograph is available in two mediums, the first is a Fine Art Giclee Print which is sent ready for mounting and framing. The second is upon a Stretched Art Canvas, which is ready for wall hanging and in a limited edition of 500. Both options will be signed by the artist, Stretched Art Canvases will receive a certificate of authenticity. Sizes are given in inches.
