Artist's Notes

"This dramatic photograph was taken from the hilltops in the Trough of Bowland, near Caton in Lancashire. Behind me is a large Windfarm (a sore topic of conversation with many of the locals - but something I rather appreciate personally) and then at my feet, this incredible view. Gentle as this photograph seems, the clouds were rushing past at tremendous speeds and the wind was howling so that you had to shout to be heard. I made several attempts to take this photograph because the wind was shaking me violently, making it difficult to use the optimum shutter speed - eventually I had my walking companion hold me in a bear-hug to brace me against the vibration. The result was definately worth the effort, a stunning view and an arresting lanscape photograph."

This photograph is available in two mediums, the first is a Fine Art Giclee Print which is sent ready for mounting and framing. The second is upon a Stretched Art Canvas, which is ready for wall hanging and in a limited edition of 500. Both options will be signed by the artist, Stretched Art Canvases will receive a certificate of authenticity. Sizes are given in inches.

There are no delivery charges to addresses in the UK, please allow 28 days for delivery.
